Abstract

Perkembangan industri komersial di Indonesia mendorong brand untuk menghadirkan strategi diferensiasi melalui pengalaman ruang yang lebih imersif dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pendekatan desain multisensori dalam perancangan interior galeri teknologi “Sociolla Beauty Museum” di Agora Mall Jakarta. Konsep utama yang diusung, Sociollab, merupakan integrasi antara ritel dan laboratorium eksploratif berbasis teknologi yang mendukung edukasi kecantikan secara interaktif. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, serta analisis kebutuhan pengguna untuk merumuskan strategi integrasi elemen sensorik dalam ruang. Perancangan dibagi ke dalam tiga zona utama, yaitu Skin Space, Colour Studio, dan Scent Gallery, yang masing-masing dirancang untuk mengaktifkan pengalaman visual, auditori, olfaktori, dan taktil secara simultan. Integrasi teknologi digital interaktif, aroma khas ruang, tekstur material, serta sistem audio visual menciptakan pengalaman multisensori yang menyeluruh. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan desain multisensori mampu memperkuat identitas brand, meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional pengunjung, serta menghadirkan pengalaman ruang yang informatif, estetik, dan personal dalam konteks galeri teknologi berbasis retail.
