PENGHAWAAN PADA INTERIOR RUMAH SAKIT: STUDI KASUS RUANG RAWAT INAP UTAMA GEDUNG LUKAS, RUMAH SAKIT PANTI RAPIH, YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Observing aeration in a hospital is essential, because it directly relates to the comfort of the human body. Besides supplying fresh air for respiration and metabolism, good aeration also relates to the conditioning of room temperature for the human body. Therefore, the energy from a human body is not excessively absorbed for adaptation to the differences of the room’s temperature. This is a case study at the superior class care room of Lukas Building, Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta, with an aim to study the condition of aeration viewed from standard parameter and from the user’s perspective. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penghawaan di rumah sakit penting untuk dicermati, sebab terkait langsung dengan kenyamanan tubuh manusia. Disamping menyuplai udara segar untuk pernafasan dan metabolisme tubuh, penghawaan yang baik juga berhubungan dengan terciptanya suhu ruang yang kondusif bagi tubuh, sehingga energi dari dalam tubuh tidak akan terkuras untuk beradaptasi dengan perbedaan suhu ruang. Tulisan ini mengambil studi kasus pada ruang rawat inap kelas utama Gedung Lukas, Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih, Yogyakarta, dengan tujuan mengkaji kondisi penghawaan dilihat dari tolok ukur standar dan dari sisi pengguna ruang.
