Abstract

Multi design approach is an effort aims to the design optimizing by applying a multi design approach in an act of planing. A multi design approach contain of some orientation such as industry, mastery in material knowledge and technology, psychology and behavior, environmental balance, form phylosophy, and also harmonizing the life style. The design optimizing expected to exist in process of design problem solving. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Multi pendekatan desain adalah usaha menuju optimalisasi desain dengan menerapkan beberapa pendekatan desain dalam suatu perancangan. Pendekatan yang dimaksud diantaranya adalah dengan berorientasi pada industri, penguasaan material dan teknologi, psikologi dan perilaku, keseimbangan lingkungan, filosofi bentuk, serta harmonisasi gaya hidup. Optimalisasi desain tersebut diharapkan mewujud dalam menjawab berbagai permasalahan desain. Kata kunci : multi pendekatan desain, optimalisasi desain, pemecahan masalah desain.
